Terms & Conditions (Important):
- Training: 49 weeks at Officers Training Academy (OTA), Chennai.
- Stipend during Training: Rs. 56,100 PM.
- Tenure: Short Service Commission for 10 years, extendable up to 14 years. Permanent Commission option available in the 10th year.
- Military Service Pay (MSP): Rs. 15,500 PM (fixed) from Lieutenant to Brigadier rank.
- Insurance: Gentlemen/Lady Cadets are insured for Rs. 1 Crore.
- Cost of Training: Refundable @ Rs. 16,260 per week if withdrawn for personal reasons.

- Stage I: Shortlisting and screening at Selection Centres.
- Stage II: Psychological Aptitude Test and Group testing/Interview for 5 days.
