Terms & Conditions (Bond & Training):
- Service Bond: Selected candidates must execute a bond of Rs. 9 Lakhs to serve BSNL for at least 5 years.
- Probation & Training: 2 Years probation including 52 weeks of training (13 weeks Managerial, 13 weeks Functional, 26 weeks On Job Training).
- Career Progression: After probation, designated as Senior Executive (E-3). Eligible for promotion to AGM (E-4) after 3 years of total service.

- Part-I (Common): Aptitude Test – 40 Questions (40 Marks)
