Vacancy Details
Agniveer Scheme Terms & Conditions:
- Duration of Service: 4 Years.
- Leave: 30 days leave per year plus sick leave based on medical advice.
- Regular Cadre (Permanent): Up to 25% of Agniveers will be enrolled in the regular cadre of Indian Navy based on performance after 4 years.
- Life Insurance: Non-contributory Life Insurance Cover of Rs. 48 Lakh for the duration of engagement.
- Death/Disability Compensation: Ex-gratia of Rs. 44 Lakh for death. Disability compensation up to Rs. 44/25/15 Lakh based on disability percentage (100%/75%/50%).
- Ex-servicemen Status: Agniveers will not be eligible for ex-Servicemen status.
