Experience: 3 Years as a practicing Advocate/ Law Clerk.

  • Preliminary Examination (Objective Type)
  • Main (Written) Examination (Descriptive Type)

  • Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023 (B.S.A.)
  • Civil Procedure Code (CPC), 1908
  • Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
  • Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (B.N.S.S.)
  • Provincial Small Cause Courts Act, 1887
  • Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (B.N.S.)

Terms & Conditions:

  • Candidate must be physically fit and free from any defect that interferes with duties (Defective Colour Vision is not a disqualification).
  • If an officer leaves service within 3 years, they must give 3 months’ notice or pay 3 months’ salary.
  • Reservation benefits are applicable only to permanent residents of Bihar.
  • Female candidates must submit Caste/Residential/NCL certificates issued in their father’s name and address.
