| Nautical Faculty Passenger Ship/ Nautical Faculty Oil, Chemical & Gas Tanker | Holding COC of Master Mariner (Foreign Going Ship) issued by DG Shipping with 1 Year of experience. |
| Radio Officer/ Faculty | Holding COP 2nd Class/ General Class of Radio Officer issued by Ministry of Communications, New Delhi. Holding valid GMDSS GOC Certificate issued by the Ministry of Communications & Information Technology and 5 Years experience. |
| Naval Architect | Graduate in Naval Arch. |
| Academic Faculty | Mandatory PG Degree in respective branch and With 3 Years experience. |
| Instructors | Deck Petty Officer OR from Ex Indian Navy Seaman Branch OR Engine Petty Officer OR from Ex Indian Navy Engineering Branch. |
| Workshop Instructors/ Electro Tech Officer/ Electrical Officer/ Physical Training Instructor | Instructors for skills such as Engine Fitting, Carpentry, Physics, and Yoga. Instructor to possess trade certificates from ITI or equivalent acceptable to DG Shipping. 3 Years of experience required. |
