- Deputy Manager (HRD) – Graduate in any discipline/ PG Diploma in relevant subjects OR MBA.
- Assistant General Manager (Environment) – Graduate in Engg. with PG Diploma in Environmental Science/ Degree in Environmental Engineering.in Environmental Engineering.
- Assistant General Manager (Mechanical) – Graduate in Mechanical Engineering/ Production Engineering.
- Assistant General Manager (Despatch) – Graduate in any discipline/ PG diploma in Management is desirable.
- Assistant General Manager (E&I) – Graduate in Electronics /Instrumentation/Telecom Engineering/ Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Deputy Manager (Refractory) – Graduate in Ceramics Engineering.
- Deputy Manager (Finance) – Graduate in any discipline with CA/ CMA.
- Deputy Manager (Safety) – Graduate in Engg. with Diploma.
- Assistant General Manager (Safety) – Graduate in Mining Engineering with 1st Class Mine Managers Certificate of Competency in COAL under CMR 2017.
- Deputy Manager (System) – Graduate in Engg. /PG Diploma in Computer Science OR Master in Computer Application OR M-Tech in Computer Science.
